ABOUT OUR FACILITIES
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
It all starts with product design where we test our decades of experience and knowledge in both mechanical and chemical fields to design a perfect compound and product.
MACHINE & FABRICATION SHOPS
From die casting to lathe finishing, our professionals are trained to work as precisely as a micro - meter level to maintain all IS and other required measurement & quality standards to deliver the best product. Our highly trained welders and argon welders are custom to high quality precision work. Each dimension is carried out perfectly through our machinery lineup from computerized profile cutting to power-press.
LABORATORY
Testing being carried out as per relevant IS and customers' requirements at NABL approved laboratory. We perform all our acceptance testing at our advanced in-house laboratory. Also, our team of skillful engineers performs and monitor routine testing during our regular manufacturing process to maintain quality standards.
ASSEMBLY SHOP
All prepared parts, then comes to our assembly shop where out efficient fitters assemble different parts to match required pressure, fitting and design.
STORAGE FACILITY
We store our raw material and prepared product by project assignment in different storage facility from where professional engineers and inspectors select material for testing and take it to our in-house acceptance testing facility or send to NABL approved laboratories.
